Jennifer Lamson, soprano, performs frequently throughout New England as a soloist and chamber vocalist. In CT, she currently sings with Voce, Concora, The Woodland Scholars, and is a section leader at Immanuel Congregational Church. Jennifer’s voice has been described by The New London paper, The Day, as ‘a crystalline voice, pure and unadorned’. Jennifer has appeared as soloist with the Connecticut Chamber Singers for Pergolesi’s Stabat Mater, and in Haydn’s Mass in Time of War with the Farmington Chorale, as well as Rutter’s Gloria and Magnificat, Faure’s Requiem and most recently, Mendelssohn’s Psalm 42 with the Eastern Connecticut Symphony Chorus. Jennifer is a music educator in Wallingford, CT and also directs the ImmArts Children’s Choir at Immanuel Congregational Church. Jennifer received her BS in Music Education from Plymouth State University and her Masters Degree in Music Education from the University of Connecticut.
