Your Tickets at Your Fingertips:
No more scrambling to find that lost paper stub! With our new system, you can access your digital tickets in several ways:
Straight to your email inbox: Look for a confirmation email containing your digital tickets after purchasing them.
My Tickets Page: Once you sign in to your My.Voce account, you’ll find a dedicated “My Tickets” page where all your upcoming Voce events are conveniently listed.
My.app Homepage: For your ultimate convenience, your digital tickets will also be displayed on the My.Voce homepage after signing in.
Print At Home
Our new digital ticketing system offers ultimate convenience, but we understand some patrons might still prefer a printed copy. No worries! You can print your Voce tickets directly from your My.Voce account:
- Sign in to your My.Voce account.
- Navigate to the “My Tickets” section. This section might be located on your account dashboard.
- Locate the tickets you want to print. Upcoming events are displayed in chronological order.
- Look for the “Print Ticket” button. This option will be displayed next to the event title, immediately below the QR code.
- Click on the “Print Tickets” button. This action will typically open a new window or tab containing a printable version of your tickets. All tickets in the order will be printed.
- Review your ticket details. Ensure all information like seat numbers, event details, and barcodes are displayed correctly.
- Select your printing options. Through your computer’s print settings, you can choose the number of copies, paper size (consider using standard letter size for most tickets), and print quality (draft mode is often sufficient). Click “Print.” Your printer should start processing the tickets.
Guest Checkout Tickets
While our new digital ticketing system offers a streamlined experience, we understand some patrons might have purchased tickets as guests. Don’t worry, accessing your tickets is still easy!
If you are unable to locate your original ticket email that arrived right after you completed your order, here’s how you can obtain a copy of your tickets:
- Contact the Box Office: Our friendly Box Office team is happy to help you locate your tickets. You can reach them by:

- Have the following information handy:
- Event Name: The specific name of the Voce event you purchased tickets for.
- Date of Purchase: The approximate date you purchased the tickets (any information you can recall helps).
- Email Address: The email address used during the guest checkout process.
- Box Office Verification: Once you contact the Box Office, they will verify your purchase details and securely send you a copy of your digital tickets via email or confirm they will be waiting for you at will-call.
